The use of these services is governed by the contract drawn up between Web Things and you as our client on a case by case or project by project basis. However these terms and conditions apply to all projects.

Web Things - Web Hosting and Domain Name Registration.

Web Things will provide as required, requested and agreed, with you the user, website hosting facilities email facilities and domain name registration services. These hosting and registration maybe part of a maintenance agreement between Web Things and the user or form part of a separate agreement.

All aspects of your account (i.e. web site, e-mail and databases) must be maintained within the agreed limit which will be monitored by Web Things. Where CMS systems are in place and in use, all aspects of your website which are controlled by a CMS system must be maintained within the agreed limit and terms of use. Failure to abide by these conditions may result in the temporary or indefinite suspension of your website following appropriate notification.

If your website has an agreed CMS system in place, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with your site. You must immediately notify Web Things of any unauthorised use of your site, your account or any other breaches of security.

Whether by use of a CMS system or by direct provision of content by you to Web Things, Web Things will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that content. That is the case regardless of whether the content in question constitutes text, graphics, an audio file, or computer software or any other type of content, digital or otherwise.

By making content available, you represent and warrant that:

• You have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by Web Things or otherwise.
• By submitting Content to Web Things either directly or through a CMS system for inclusion on your website, you grant Web Things a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your site. If you delete Content, Web Things will use, through their CMS system reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.

Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Web Things has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Web Things sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Web Things reasonable opinion, violates any Web Things policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Web Things sole discretion. Web Things will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

You agree to pay Web Things the agreed fees, at the agreed time, indicated for that service.
